Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you, and delivery typically takes 10–14 working days depending on your location. We offer refunds in the form of store credit only—no refunds to the original payment method. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery, with proof of purchase. Final sale items, undergarments, and custom-made products are not returnable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Store credit does not expire, must be used in full in one purchase, and is non-transferable. Direct exchanges are not available; please return the item for store credit and place a new order.
