Avoid contact with water, perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals. Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth after each use. Store in a cool, dry place—preferably in a pouch or jewelry box to prevent scratches and tangling. Remove before swimming, bathing, or exercising to preserve shine and prevent tarnish.

Haanta orders are processed within 5–7 days, while custom-made items may take longer (you'll be notified via email). Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you, and delivery typically takes 10–14 working days depending on your location. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, weather, or other external factors. Customers are responsible for any additional taxes or duties imposed by customs.
 

We offer refunds in the form of store credit only—no refunds to the original payment method. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery, with proof of purchase. Final sale items, undergarments, and custom-made products are not returnable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Store credit does not expire, must be used in full in one purchase, and is non-transferable. Direct exchanges are not available; please return the item for store credit and place a new order.
